Package and Transport
I. Packaging Standards
We use protective packaging that complies with export standards. Firefighting equipment and fire extinguishers, among other general goods, are packed in reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes or custom-made wooden cases. Internal materials are equipped with shock-absorbing materials, and clear operation labels and shipping marks are attached to ensure transportation safety.
II. Transportation Methods
We offer the following international logistics solutions, which can be selected based on your needs:
l Sea freight: Full container load (FCL)/Less than container load (LCL), with delivery to the port of destination.
l Air freight: Suitable for urgent orders, door-to-door or airport-to-airport.
l Railway: European-African routes, with high cost-effectiveness.
Cooperative logistics providers include DHL, Maersk, COSCO, etc., covering major regions worldwide.
III. Delivery and Tracking
l After payment/credit letter confirmation, regular products will be dispatched within 5-10 working days (specifically as per the contract agreement).
l Complete documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.) will be provided.
l After dispatch, the delivery number and tracking link will be provided to facilitate real-time query of the logistics status.
IV. Insurance and Customs Clearance
l It is recommended to purchase transportation insurance. We can handle it on your behalf.
l Risk responsibilities are divided according to Incoterms® 2020 terms (commonly FOB/CIF).
l We can assist in providing the required documents for customs clearance, and recommend a customs clearance agent at the destination port.
